OHC will provide a refund* for any reservation cancelled one (1) week or more prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Cancellations less than one (1) week but more than 48 hours prior to move in will receive a 50% refund*. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances such as weather/family emergency etc. Please call the office 9am-5pm with any questions.
